Dimitris Kampranis

Dimitris Kampranis is an experienced finance and risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Finance and Lending Applications Division and Head of Risk Applications Unit at the European Investment Bank (EIB) since April 2015. Prior to this role, Dimitris was a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services and held positions including Head of Business Intelligence Unit at Exodus and Technology Consultant at the National Accreditation Center. Early career experience includes serving as a Technical Manager at ERRA and a Risk Analyst at the same firm, focusing on risk analysis in the nuclear sector. Additionally, Dimitris worked as a Senior Developer at Qualco, contributing to the Debt Collection Platform, and as a Lecturer at the University of Piraeus, teaching decision theory. Dimitris holds a PhD in Risk Analysis from the University of Piraeus.
