Dimitris Tolis

Dimitris Tolis is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security and Risk Management Officer and Deputy CISO at the European Investment Bank since September 2020, Dimitris also lectures as a Guest Professor at the Open Institute of Technology, focusing on Business Resilience and Response Strategies and Leadership and Communication in Cybersecurity. Previous roles include Head of Cyber Security Operations at Obrela Security Industries and Technical IT Security Manager at Nationale-Nederlanden. Dimitris holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Systems Security from the University of the Aegean and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics in Management and Finance from the University of Patras.
