Dorota Florczyk

Dorota Florczyk is a seasoned professional in Talent Development and Learning with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Senior Head of Learning & Development at the European Investment Bank since September 2020, Dorota focuses on enhancing talent practices and advancing learning initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Talent Development for Europe & Asia at UCB, Head of Talent Development and Graduate Program for Europe at Cargill, and several key positions at IBM, where Dorota contributed to leadership development in alignment with the company's transition to cognitive and cloud technologies. Dorota also held management consulting roles at PwC Consulting and Amoco Poland. Academic credentials include an MBA from Kozminski University and an M.A. in Social Sciences and Linguistics from the University of Warsaw, complemented by a scholarship at the University of Vienna.
