Minna-Maria Cepun

Minna-Maria Cepun currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy Division at the European Investment Bank since March 2024. Prior to this role, Minna-Maria worked at Nordea from May 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading Talent Acquisition for Finland and Estonia, serving as Deputy Head of Talent Acquisition, and acting as Head of Talent Acquisition for Poland during a transition period. Additional experience includes positions as a Recruiter at Microsoft from April 2014 to April 2016 and at Nokia from September 2011 to April 2014, where roles encompassed both recruitment and coordination. Early career involvement included a Market Analyst Trainee position at Finpro. Minna-Maria holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki and has completed an exchange semester in Political Science at Leiden University.
