Roxana A.

Roxana A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Head of Unit at the European Investment Bank (EIB) since November 2017, Roxana leads a team focused on enhancing organizational trust and staff engagement among over 4000 employees across the EU. Prior roles at Siemens spanned from Head of Marketing Communications and Government Affairs to Internal Communication Manager, where Roxana successfully implemented various communication strategies and managed crisis communications. Roxana’s educational background includes two Executive MBAs (First in class) from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School, along with a Master's degree in Marketing and Economic Studies from the Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Bucharest. Additional training includes Asian residency in Japanese Business at Waseda University.
