Santiago Massons

Santiago Massons has extensive experience in financial supervision and economic policy, currently serving in the Treasury middle office at the European Investment Bank since April 2021, where Santiago contributes to establishing a tailored SREP supervisory process. Prior to this role, Santiago held positions including Senior Supervisor at the European Central Bank from January 2016 to April 2021, and Senior Associate in Banking Supervision at the Bank of England from April 2014 to January 2016. Santiago began their career as an Assistant Economist at HM Treasury and later worked as a Financial Services Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group. Santiago holds a Master of Public Administration in Public and Economic Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Licenciatura in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
