Teresa Czerwińska

Vice-President Czerwińska’s areas of oversight include financing of science, education, innovation and the digital economy, InvestEU (implementation, jointly with Vice-President Mourinho Félix who has overall responsibility for the Multiannual Financial Framework - MFF), implementation of three lines of defence (3LoD), financing operations in Croatia (constituency-related), Hungary, Poland, the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine), Central Asia, China and Mongolia, and the relations with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
