Arjun Rawal

Arjun Rawal is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at the European Investment Fund since January 2023, where analytics-led initiatives inform $150B investments in EU markets and enhance executive decision-making. Previously, as Technical Program Manager at the Defense Health Agency from January 2021 to January 2023, Arjun led cross-functional programs supporting $4.4B in mobilized investments. In a prior role as Chief of Staff at Desis for Progress, Arjun developed the organization’s first strategic plan while strengthening political relationships. Earlier experience includes managing a $3M transformation portfolio at USAID from January 2016 to January 2020, which improved efficiencies across over 80 international offices. Arjun holds a Master of Public Administration in Economic Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
