Melisa Kozak

Melisa Kozak possesses extensive experience in investment management and analysis, particularly in impact investing, gained during nearly a decade at the European Investment Fund (EIF) from October 2000 to May 2009. As an Investment Manager in the Social Impact team, Melisa was responsible for executing the InvestEU mandate, including sourcing, screening, appraising, and submitting investment proposals, as well as negotiating legal documents. Prior roles at EIF included Investment Analyst and Risk Management Officer, focusing on venture capital investments and financial statement analysis, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and French from the University of Calgary.
