Taavi Pehme

Taavi Pehme, PMP, CISM, serves as the Head of Digital Workplace at the European Medicines Agency since October 2020, focusing on value-driven digital innovation and collaboration. Prior to this role, Taavi was a Business Development Manager at Siemens Advanta, contributing to IoT business development, and held various positions at OMNETRIC, including Head of Maintenance and Support Delivery in EMEA and Project Manager/Solution Architect. Taavi's career includes Project Manager/Solution Architect roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Oracle, where extensive consulting services in Energy and Utilities were provided. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Logica and BeMore, alongside a background in software engineering. Taavi holds a Master's degree in Executive Management from King's College London, with additional qualifications in psychology, management, and computer science.
