Nick Harvey is an accomplished leader in communications, strategy, policy, and governance, currently serving as Chief Executive of European Movement UK since July 2023. As Chair of the advisory board at Impact & Influence and a consultant since 2012, Nick has extensive experience working with political institutions across the Middle East through Global Partners Governance. Previously, Nick held significant roles including Chief Executive Officer of the Liberal Democrats, Minister for the Armed Forces, and MP for North Devon. Nick's strong background in oversight and decision-making is further exemplified by positions as Chair of LAWTHORITY LTD and Director of the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust. With a BA Hons in Business Studies from Middlesex University, Nick has a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance and advocating for progressive causes.

We are a truly grassroots organisation, with a community of over 22,000 members and 100 local groups across the UK. The European Movement is an international movement that exists to promote European values of peace, prosperity, and international cooperation. The European Movement started over 70 years ago. in 1949, and we continue to campaign for these values.
