Alicja Majewska-Galeziak has extensive work experience primarily within the European Parliament. Their most recent role was as the Head of Office for Jaroslaw Duda MEP, where they were responsible for various tasks such as drafting reports and opinions, coordinating with organizations representing people with disabilities, and working on rare and neurological diseases. Alicja also held the position of Head of Office for Marek Plura MEP, overseeing the monitoring of committees and delegations while working on drafting duties and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to their time in the European Parliament, they worked as a Coordinator for the Polish delegation at the European Committee of the Regions, where they prepared work plans and supported Polish members. Alicja also served as the Director for the Regional Office of the Pomorskie Voivodeship in Brussels, where they monitored EU policies, organized events, and coordinated the Polish delegation. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director at the Pomeranian Association of Rural Communities Brussels Office and the Gdansk School of Social Work and Regional Training Center. Alicja began their career as a Therapist at the Specialised Center for Rehabilitation of the Drug Addicts in Smazyno, Poland.
Alicja Majewska-Galeziak holds a post-graduate diploma in Comprehensive Business Management from Central Connecticut State University. Alicja also has a post-graduate diploma in Organization and Management of Social Education Institutions, which they obtained from Polish Ministry of Labour & Social Policy and Institut Regional de Travail Social in Paris. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Gdansk.
