Francis Vanroelen

Francis Vanroelen is an experienced audiovisual engineer and project manager, currently serving as a Design and Maintenance Audiovisual Engineer and AV Project Engineer at the European Parliament since January 2019. Prior to this role, Vanroelen worked as a Project Engineer at Lawo in 2018 and held various positions at NEP Belgium - Broadcast Services from 2003 to 2018, including EIC and Directeur operations. Additional experience includes freelance work as an EIC and live operator, and project management at Dialog - Meeting Matters. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Sciences with a focus on Electronics from Erasmus - Industriële Hogeschool Brussel, obtained between 1987 and 1993.
