Parliamentary Assistant at European Parliament

Greta Koch is an experienced parliamentary assistant at the European Parliament since October 2019, serving in the office of Axel Voss, MEP, as a policy adviser and press officer. Key responsibilities include coordination of shadow rapporteurship on corporate due diligence, leading technical negotiations for the EPP, and focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence in sustainability, health, and employment within the special committee on artificial intelligence (AIDA). Previous internships include roles in the offices of Dr. Markus Pieper and Dr. Carsten Linnemann, as well as with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Elmar Brok, MEP. Greta Koch holds a Master of Arts in European Politics and International Relations from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies, complemented by an Erasmus+ semester in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution at Jönköping University.
