Hira Shah

Hira Shah is currently a Schuman Trainee at the European Parliament, focusing on economic, digital, and environmental policy portfolios. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Crosswinds Data Consulting, where support was provided to nonprofits in data optimization. As a Visiting Scholar at FARI - AI for the Common Good Institute, research centered on European AI policy implementation and comparative innovation ecosystems, culminating in a workshop featuring diverse stakeholders. Hira also served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Belgium and was Program Manager for Coro Southern California, where expert conferences on climate and economy were organized. Additional roles include positions at CEF: Community Empowerment Fund as Housing Team Coordinator and a legislative internship in the United States Senate. Hira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Duke University, supplemented by studies at the University of Oxford.
