Maja Ljubić Kutnjak

Maja Ljubić Kutnjak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and project management within European institutions. Currently serving as the Head of the European Parliament Office in Croatia, Maja has held various roles since April 2014, including Acting Head and Press Officer. Maja's expertise encompasses the development of communication campaigns and management of internal and external communications. Prior experience includes a role as Project Management Officer at The Institute of Economics in Zagreb, focusing on EU funding opportunities and project implementation, and positions at the European Parliament as a Translator and Terminologist. Maja's earlier career includes roles in international cooperation for the Croatian Ministry of Environmental Protection and as a Project Assistant in the European Commission’s PHARE project. Maja holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Indiana University, a Master’s degree in European Studies from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and a Master of Arts in English and French language and literature from the University of Zagreb.
