Rebecca Zamponi

Rebecca Zamponi (Torpey) currently serves as a Researcher and Policy Analyst at the European Parliament's DG EPRS - European Council Oversight Unit since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the European Commission and EucoLight, as well as a Schuman Trainee position within the European Parliament Research Service. Additionally, Rebecca has a background in events organisation from working with the K4I Forum in the European Parliament and has held a public affairs assistant position at the University of Limerick. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Masters in European Politics and Governance from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and History from Mary Immaculate College, Ireland.
