Victor Valentin Sindie

Victor Valentin Sindie is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software development and architecture, particularly within European institutions. Currently serving as an Administrator dealing with ICT Relations at the European Parliament since May 2021, Victor is responsible for solution architecture, security, and GDPR compliance. Previous roles include Information Systems Architect at the European Commission and IT Consultant at the European Parliament, where responsibilities entailed project management, architecture, and data protection officer functions. With extensive expertise in developing mission-critical applications and a strong foundation in methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, Victor is proficient in various technologies, including Java and associated frameworks. Victor holds two Master's Degrees from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in IT Management and Information Risk and Cybersecurity, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Bucharest.
