Dr. Rohail Hassan

Dr. Rohail Hassan, PhD, FCMI, serves as the Director of PhD & D.Mgmt Programme and Director of Accreditation, Rankings & Reputation Management at Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business since June 2022. As a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Professor at OYAGSB, Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Sustainable Growth and Urban Development, Dr. Hassan is also engaged as an Expert for the European Research Executive Agency and holds the position of Marketing Chair for the International Society for Organization Development and Change. Additional roles include HRD Corp Certified Trainer, Guest Advisor, and Associate Editor for various journals. Previous experiences encompass teaching and research assistance roles at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, quality assurance management in the textile industry, and quality supervision at PTCL. Dr. Hassan holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and has degrees in Management Science and Total Quality Management from the University of The Punjab.
