Caroline Bentley

Caroline Bentley currently serves as the Editorial & Library Services Coordinator at the European Respiratory Society since December 2017. With a long-standing tenure at Maney Publishing, starting in May 2011, Caroline has developed expertise as a Customer Relations Executive and previously as a Customer Services Administrator, focusing on electronic data interchange management, customer liaison, subscription order processing, and training new department staff. Caroline's prior experience includes roles as Head Administrator at Code Blue Group and CPS Publishing, managing multiple publications, liaising with customers on artwork and advertisement bookings, and ensuring timely production. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Media/Advertising from the University of Gloucestershire.
