Johannessen Ane

Johannessen Ane has a diverse work experience. From 2023, they are the Head of ERS Assembly 6 Epidemiology and Environment at the European Respiratory Society. Prior to this, they held several positions at the University of Bergen (UiB), including Professor of Epidemiology and Associate Professor. Johannessen also worked as a Senior Researcher in the EU-funded ALEC project. In 2014, they were the Owner/Manager of a travel agency called Kollene ved Parma. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Research Advisor at Helse Bergen.

Johannessen Ane obtained a PhD in Pulmonary Epidemiology from the University of Bergen (UiB) between 2003 and 2007.
