European Society of Cardiology
Fleur Tjong is a seasoned cardiologist and researcher with extensive experience in digital cardiology and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Digital Cardiology and AI committee member at the European Society of Cardiology and a member of the Digital Committee at EHRA, Fleur has contributed significantly to the field since 2020. As a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine and a cardiologist in training at the Academic Medical Center since 2012, Fleur has honed expertise in advanced cardiac research. Previous positions include clinical research fellow at Mount Sinai Health System and assistant research cardiologist at the Academic Medical Center. Fleur holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine from the University of Amsterdam, a research fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Amsterdam. Additional training includes a research elective in cardiology at Johns Hopkins University.
