Laura Rossignoli is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in managing and overseeing communications within leading organizations. Currently serving as Communications Manager at the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology since February 2021, Laura coordinates internal and external communications, develops marketing materials, and manages digital platforms to promote the organization’s activities and educational events. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Events Officer at THE FIDI GLOBAL ALLIANCE, organizing international conferences, and gained valuable experience as an Assistant at the European Parliament and a Marketing Intern at AquaMarine Diving in Bali. Laura holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.

The main aim of ESHRE is to promote interest in, and understanding of, reproductive biology and medicine. It does this through facilitating research and subsequent dissemination of research findings in human reproduction and embryology to the general public, scientists, clinicians and patient associations; it also works to inform politicians and policy makers throughout Europe. On a more applied level, it aims to promote improvements in clinical practice through organizing teaching, training and continuing medical education activities, developing and maintaining data registries and implementing methods to improve safety and quality assurance in clinical and laboratory procedures.
