Jennifer Iduh is the Head of Research & Development at the European Travel Commission since February 2015. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as the Assistant Tourism Trends and Marketing Strategies at the UN World Tourism Organization from February 2011 to February 2015. Jennifer also has experience as an Assistant Store Manager at H&M and as an E-Commerce Executive at Hotasa Hotels & Resorts. Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Business Management from Universidad de Alcalá, a Master of Science in Marketing from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and postgraduate studies on Big Data & Analytics in Business and Management from KU Leuven. Additionally, Jennifer completed a program on International Cooperation and Development through Tourism at The George Washington University.
