Pascal Deleu

Pascal Deleu is an experienced human resources professional with extensive leadership roles in various international organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the European Union Agency for Asylum since January 2022, Pascal previously held executive positions at the Global Center on Adaptation, the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation, and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency. Co-founder of NANO-LAB ID, INC., a bio-physics start-up, Pascal has also contributed to the UN missions in Kosovo and served in senior financial and administrative roles at Agriculture Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Holding an MBA and a BA in Management from UQAM, Pascal combines a robust educational foundation with years of practical experience in human resources, policy development, and organizational management.
