Erik Hulse, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at European Wax Center, overseeing the preparation and review of SEC filings and financial statement disclosures. Prior to this role, Erik was the Director of SEC Reporting at Daseke Inc., where management of a team and the entire SEC reporting process was key, achieving significant process improvements and collaboration among stakeholders. Erik also held a similar position at CARBO, managing SEC reporting and technical accounting research while closely collaborating with executive leadership. Earlier in Erik's career, experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers included supervising audits for major clients and developing strong project management skills. Erik holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
