Paul Royak

Paul Royak has extensive experience in franchise management and commercial real estate. As a Franchisee at European Wax Center since 2012 and at Massage Envy from October 2006 to August 2022, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills in the service industry. Prior to these roles, Paul served as a Senior Associate at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate and held the position of Director of Retail at LWC Commercial. Paul began his career as a Retail Associate at Trammell Crow Company and as a Broker at Faison, after which Paul managed operations for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from July 1987 to January 1993. Paul holds a degree from the University of Tampa, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
