Delia Mensitieri

Delia Mensitieri is an experienced professional in the fields of research and consulting, currently serving as the Head of Research at European Women on Boards since June 2023. Delia is also a Doctoral Researcher at Universiteit Gent, focusing on the themes of inclusion and identity threat, while running Nitrodi Consulting, a firm dedicated to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Delia has held various guest lecturer positions at multiple universities, including Université libre de Bruxelles and Audencia Business School, and has a background as an Associate Lead in DEI Consulting at Deloitte Consulting. Delia's extensive education includes pursuing PhDs in Business/Managerial Economics at Vlerick Business School and Applied Economics at Ghent University, along with master's degrees in International Management and Strategy as well as Clinical Psychology.
