Elena Mirandola

Elena Mirandola currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at F.C. Como Women, a position held since August 2024. Concurrently, Elena is a member of the European Women on Boards (EWOB) since February 2023, contributing to the organization's mission of advancing gender diversity in executive roles across Europe, and is part of La Carica delle 101 since May 2023, supporting startups through a non-profit initiative. Previously, Elena held the role of Managing Director at Alkemy enabling evolution from September 2021 to August 2024, overseeing digital transformation strategies for major brands. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Business Development APAC at Expedia Group, Managing Director for South East Asia & Australia at Artefact, and various roles in digital marketing prior to these positions. Elena holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from CUOA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in History from Università degli Studi di Padova.
