Beatrice Bouju is an experienced professional in the payments and financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Corporations Payments Products at Outpayce from Amadeus since July 2019, where responsibilities include defining product strategy and driving client acquisition. Previously, Beatrice has held various senior roles, including Head of Partnerships and Head of FX Solutions at Outpayce, and multiple director-level positions at NatWest Corporates and Institutions, focusing on transactional FX sales and products across EMEA. Beatrice’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Western Union, where significant contributions were made in global sales and commercial services, as well as earlier positions in the State of California and State of Arkansas promoting trade and investment. Beatrice holds an MBA in International Business from EBS Paris - European Business School and is actively involved as a Goodwill Ambassador for the European Women Payments Network (EWPN).

EWPN is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to building a community for women working finance, cards, fintech & payments in Europe. As the first and only Pan-European community for women, EWPN strives to create more opportunities for women and minorities, as well as being a champion for a more diverse and inclusive industry for all. EWPN does this by organising local networking evenings, workshops, annual events, awards and research, which all are welcome to be involved in. EWPN is 100% run by non-paid volunteers, guaranteeing that 100% revenue goes to operations and programmes implementation that serve the community.
