Job Title: Partnership Associate Department: External Relations Location: Remote Reports To: Partnership Coordinator Role Overview: The Partnership Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding EYE’s network of partnerships. This position involves reaching out to organizations, inviting them to present in our webinar slots, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful partnership engagements. This is a flexible and voluntary role. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outreach and Communication: • Send emails to potential partner organizations, inviting them to present in our webinar slots. • Create and manage webinar slots using Google Appointments. • Act as a co-host for webinars alongside the VP of the department and the Partnership Coordinator.

  2. Collaboration: • Liaise with the webinar team to create PR materials using Canva. • Work with the social media team to promote webinars and partnership activities.

  3. Content Creation: • Contribute to the creation of initial outreach emails, introducing EYE and highlighting the benefits of partnership. • Assist in drafting and modifying tiered partnership documents based on internal discussions and webinar outcomes.

  4. Evaluation and Integration: • Participate in internal discussions to determine the appropriate tiered partnership level for new partners. • Facilitate the integration of new partners into EYE’s network.  

  5. Professional Development: • Connect other organizations you are part of with EYE. • Receive training to advance to the role of Partnership Coordinator after successful integration of partners.

Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs). • Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus. • Interest in engineering and youth engagement.
