Current involvement includes work as a Coffee Programs Team Member and Production Roaster at Fortuna Enterprises, LLC since January 2023. Prior to this, Jonathan contributed as a Barista at Sayso Coffee and launched a coffee program as Director of Coffee at Sunday Motor Co. Jonathan's prior experience includes significant tenures at SubCulture Coffee Roasters and Starbucks, focusing on roasting, training, and customer service. Jonathan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and previous studies at County College of Morris and Morris Knolls High School.
