Krzysztof Kukwa

Krzysztof Kukwa serves as the Head of Team - IT Service Management at Europol since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing ICT service availability for police operations in Europe, overseeing project management for service handovers, and leading process design for ICT operations. Prior experience includes roles at Liberty Global, where Krzysztof implemented a Service Improvement Plan, led Problem Management teams, and advocated for employee interests as a Works Council Representative. Additional positions held encompass IT Applications Engineer and Operations Support Specialist roles across various companies, including Infosys and UPC Polska. Krzysztof holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Project Management, a postgraduate degree in Scrum and Agile Methodologies, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Interpretation and Translation from diverse institutions in Poland.
