Raphael Doutrebente has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Raphael started their career as a Jurist at Seribo, where they were responsible for legal matters and provided guidance on business and employment law. Raphael then moved on to BHV, where they served as the Head of Human Resources. Following this, Doutrebente joined MPO France as the Director of Human Resources, where they focused on employee relations, training, communication, and change management. Raphael later worked at Sabena Technics as the Director of Social Affairs before joining Brittany Ferries as the Director of Human Resources, where they implemented talent development programs and social policies. Doutrebente then took on roles at Monier France and Getlink before joining Europorte as the Group CEO. Raphael Doutrebente attended École Polytechnique from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued an Executive Master degree in Management, Innovations Technologiques et Développements Stratégiques. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they studied at ESSEC Business School and earned a Master's degree in Gestion Générale d'Entreprise.
