Project Management

The Project Management team at eurOptimum is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of interior space projects. This includes coordinating with designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure that custom products meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. Team members manage resources, timelines, and communications to facilitate the successful completion of projects across various sectors such as corporate offices, retail stores, and healthcare facilities.
