Anjo Fudiela is an experienced process and industrial computing engineer currently working at Euroserum (Coopérative Sodiaal) since September 2017, focusing on the end-to-end development of M.E software. As the leading French dairy cooperative, Sodiaal collects milk from its farmers throughout France and valorizes it on its 75 industrial plants overall in France. Eurosérum's main activity is the valorization of whey into powdered dairy ingredients for infant nutrition, specialized nutrition and the food industry. As a key actor in the demineralized whey market, we produce 210,000 tons of dairy ingredients, 70% of which are exported. Eurosérum employs more than 650 people in 10 transformation plants.
