Fabien Levray

Fabien LEVRAY is an experienced professional in the agro-industrial sector, currently serving as Manager de Production at Eurosérum since January 2019, overseeing teams in demineralization, concentration/drying, and packaging workshops. Previous roles include Chef d’équipe de production and Apprenti ingénieur at Entremont, where Fabien gained expertise in cheese processing, serum treatment, and microfiltration, along with training in process management and NEP qualification.
