Isabelle CARRE has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in quality management and production roles. Currently serving as Directeur d'usine at Eurosérum since February 2021, Isabelle previously held positions at Candia, including Chef de projet and Responsable Unité de Production, contributing significantly to dairy operations. With a solid foundation in quality assurance established at various companies such as Comalait and Delis SA, Isabelle's expertise is further supported by an engineering degree in Quality and Management of Agri-food Industries from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Travaux agricoles de Clermont-Ferrand and a D.U. in General management of an agri-food industrial site from Universite de Lorraine.
