Eurosérum belongs to the Sodiaal group, which represents a community of 16,959 farmers and 9,615 employees, including 427 work-study students and trainees. As the leading French dairy cooperative, Sodiaal collects milk from its farmers throughout France and valorizes it on its 75 industrial plants overall in France. Eurosérum's main activity is the valorization of whey into powdered dairy ingredients for infant nutrition, specialized nutrition and the food industry. As a key actor in the demineralized whey market, we produce 210,000 tons of dairy ingredients, 70% of which are exported. Eurosérum employs more than 650 people in 10 transformation plants.
