Jan Simek

Jan Simek has held several significant roles in finance and management, currently serving as the Head of Finance at Eurosoftware since April 2025, after a tenure as Mayor of Město Kraslice from November 2022 to April 2025. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG, where Jan Simek worked as a Tax Consultant, Tax Supervisor, and Tax Assistant from 2005 to 2013, and at Mazars as Manager Tax, overseeing corporate income tax advisory services while mentoring junior specialists from December 2013 to December 2017. Additionally, Jan Simek served as Corporate Controller at GK Software SE from October 2016 to May 2021 and as Commercial Manager at Kunststoff Helmbrechts AG from June 2021 to January 2023, managing various financial and operational functions. Early career experience includes managing transport logistics at LKW Walter and serving as Chairman of the Board at Spolecenstvi pro dum Bubenska 1160/13. Jan Simek holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague.
