Karen Christmas

Karen Christmas has over 29 years of experience in resource planning, currently serving as a Resource Planning Controller at Eurostar since March 1994. In this role, Karen has been responsible for producing manual and automated rosters for frontline terminal staff, ensuring optimum staffing levels for effective service delivery. Key achievements include rostering staff, managing annual leave and absence records, and conducting statistical trend analysis reporting. Additionally, Karen served as a School Governor at OLOR from 2009 to 2013. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies/Civilization with German from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 1994.
