Oznur Acikgoz

Oznur ACIKGOZ has over two decades of experience in the travel and tourism sector, primarily with Eurostar. Since 2015, Oznur has served as the Customer Experience & Product Development Manager, responsible for strategic development of Eurostar's services and products, as well as overseeing customer experience in continental stations across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Key achievements include the successful launch of the London to Rotterdam/Amsterdam route. Prior roles at Eurostar from 2003 to 2014 involved managing leisure sales strategies for the French market and project management for various commercial initiatives, including the Lyon Sud route launch. Oznur has expertise in optimizing commercial plans, managing distributor relationships, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic sales initiatives.
