Marta Sofia Oliveira has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Diretora F&B at Eurostars Hotel Company since December 2022. Previously, Marta held the position of Diretora Nacional de Serviços de Hotelaria at Protokol from May 2022 to December 2022. A strong background in food and beverage management includes roles as F&B Manager at OCA Oriental Porto, Eurostars Aliados, Eurostars Matosinhos, Eurostars Porto Centro, Exe Almada Porto, Eurostars das Artes, and Eurostars Porto Douro, spanning from June 2016 to May 2022. Marta began her career as a waitress at Vincci Hotel Porto from January 2015 to June 2016 and holds a Licentiate degree in Gestão Hoteleira from Universidade Portucalense, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
