Rafaela Orphanides

Rafaela Orphanides, PhD, serves as the Head of the Proposals and Tenders department and as a Senior Project Manager and Researcher at Eurosuccess Consulting since September 2022, specializing in EU proposal development and project implementation. In addition, Rafaela holds the position of Head of Calls and Tenders at the Center for Competence Development Cyprus from January 2024 and is a part-time lecturer at the University of Nicosia, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Gender and Communication and Digital Media Content. Previous roles include Lecturer and Programme Coordinator at Philips University, where Rafaela developed and coordinated bachelor's programs in Public Relations and Communication, and Teaching Assistant at Loughborough University, focusing on social research methods. Rafaela's educational background includes a PhD in Social Sciences from Loughborough University and a Master's in Media and Public Relations from the University of Leicester.
