Amar Kashat has over two decades of experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Eurotech Distributors since April 2009, Amar specializes in providing engineered tape solutions for wire harness applications and high Voltage SiR cables for hybrid and electric vehicles. Prior experience includes a role as Secretary for the Harness Covering Task Force Committee at the Society of Automotive Engineers from January 2008 to January 2021 and an engineering position at Yazaki North America from November 2000 to February 2009. Amar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, earned between 1995 and 1999.
