Svitlana Podliesna

Svitlana Podliesna is a skilled Product Developer at Eurotrol since September 2022, bringing extensive research experience from the Academic Medical Center (AMC) as a PhD candidate in the Department of Experimental and Clinical Cardiology from September 2012 to November 2021, where Svitlana focused on identifying novel regulators of cardiac electrical function. Prior roles include student internships at Sanquin, examining Ataxin-2 as a regulator in megakaryopoiesis, and at AMC, analyzing genetic variants linked to ventricular fibrillation. Svitlana began a career in research at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics in Ukraine, working on diagnostic tools for genetic disorders. Svitlana holds a PhD and multiple degrees in Medical and Molecular Biology from the University of Amsterdam and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
