Carly Shields

Carly Shields has extensive experience in the paving industry, currently serving as a Machine Operator at BA Blacktop Ltd. Group of Companies since June 2018, where responsibilities include operating pavers and screeds, along with general labor tasks. Prior to this role, Carly worked at Curtis Paving in early 2018, focusing on all aspects of paving and utilizing small pavers mostly through manual labor. Previous experience also includes working as a laborer at Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. in mid-2017, handling various tasks related to paving, and a Machine Operator position at HJR Asphalt from June 2010 to January 2017, which involved operating pavers and additional equipment such as rollers and skidsteers.
