Emmanuel Rose joined Eurovia, a subsidiary of VINCI, in 2002. Shortly after, Emmanuel joined Eurovia British Columbia Inc. (The Eurovia BC Group of Companies) as Project Manager in 2009. He was later promoted to Operations Manager in 2015 and progressed to his role as Vice President, Field Operations in 2015.
Emmanuel has extensive civil engineering training complemented by more than 12 years of experience in the Construction Industry internationally, including management of small to mid-sized road construction projects and large asphalt paving projects.
