François-Xavier Laumonier

Francois-Xavier Laumonier joined Eurovia, a subsidiary of VINCI, in 1993 as an Engineer School Graduate and brought 27 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Beginning as a superintendent on-site, Francois-Xavier has been promoted through many successful operations positions including construction manager and operations manager. Taking on more challenges, Francois-Xavier moved into an executive position in 2001, where he progressed from business unit supervisor to regional director. During his time with Eurovia, Francois-Xavier has moved a lot both within France and abroad. He continually seeks opportunities to learn and has worked for many subsidiaries within the Eurovia group, most recently as Vice President in charge of regional activities for France and Benelux in ETF, Eurovia’s railway construction subsidiary.

As President of Eurovia British Columbia Inc. (The Eurovia BC Group of Companies), Francois-Xavier provides leadership for the company by working with the board and managers to establish short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies.
