With a robust background in human resources spanning over 15 years, Julie has held senior roles such as Senior Consultant, where collaboration with senior management focused on enhancing HR practices across diverse industries, and Vice President of Human Resources at The Allan Candy Company Limited, where strategic HR and labor relations plans were developed for a manufacturing site and head office. Additionally, experience as Sr Manager of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson involved acting as a strategic HR business partner across multiple functional areas. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and General Management from Université de Sherbrooke.
